"For me the most interesting part of my job is the handing over of the car
when a sale is completed and the customer is happy."
Hadeel Wais joined Al Tayer Motors in April 2004 as a receptionist for Ford at the Garhoud office. A year and a half later during the annual appraisal for the staff, Hadeel informed her manager of her intent to transfer to Sales. This feedback was positively received and the relevant tests were arranged to assess her suitability for the position. She scored well and there has been no looking back. She started her career in sales at the Sheikh Zayed road branch as a Sales Advisor for Ford, Mercury and Lincoln.
" I took up a job as a receptionist in Dubai when the war in Iraq broke
out, hoping to go back home when the situation improved. However, a year later
when I went back, conditions had not yet improved. So I came back and joined
the Al Tayer Group with the aim of focusing on my career. For me the most
interesting part of my job is the handing over of the car when a sale is
completed and the customer is happy.
I started off in sales by meeting my targets, I then aimed for the second
level which is an additional 15% sale and have further improved my performance
by making it to the third level. It is now my goal to try and maintain these
figures. Last year when I finished a year in sales I got the highest CVP
(Customer View Point), which shows that I have been doing well both in terms of
quality and quantity. The next goal for me is to become senior sales
advisor. "
