Job Brief:

We at Al Tayer are looking for a Facilities Manager for our Real Estate portfolio to plan and manage the maintenance & repair operations within budgets for residential properties to ensure on time services to all customers.

As a Facilities Manager you shall facilitate the implementation of building system repair and replacement solutions, using in-house and third party professional services, Manage, coordinate and monitor planned preventive maintenance, Monitor service level agreements for in-house and external service providers, establish key performance indicators to measure and monitor the agreed service levels, Implement all health, safety & security requirements and ensure are in accordance with civil defense and other regulatory bodies etc, conduct comprehensive physical and contractual Facilities audit as per the agreed annual schedule.  Manage relationships with clients, landlords, tenants, and contractors and all concerned authorities & parties to ensure maintenance & repair services are completed without any dispute, litigation or cost overruns, Conduct in-service training, provide input into the development of the operating budget  and Guide and motivate subordinates to enhance performance.

Person Specification::

As a Facilities Manager you shall have Degree/ in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or an equivalent technical qualification relevant to facilities management along with 7 – 10 years of work experience (atleast 3 years in UAE) in managing Facilities Management for Residential / Commercial properties. 

You shall be an assertive, dynamic and independent individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills along with being a good team leader, having exposure to all aspects and latest trends in the FM industry having dealt with all internal and external stake holders and driving a team to success.
