Undertake recruitment activity for assigned position from sourcing to selection or as advised, in accordance with recruitment policy/ established recruitment process for positions undertaken.
Organize selection process with indenting department and arrange for and conduct interviews, administer psychometric/ trade tests as applicable, to shortlist/ select suitable candidates in the most cost effective & expeditious manner
Co-ordinate amongst candidates, recruitment agencies and interview panel members for arranging selection process of candidates. Arrange for necessary formalities for attending interviews like visas, flight tickets, hotel accommodation etc, wherever applicable. Coordinate with payroll to ensure recruitment invoice for selected candidates is processed in time.
Organize paper work for visa applications and arrange for residence visas and work permits in co-ordination with GR section for all new employees in order to legalise their employment status.
Coordinate amongst line managers, GR section and candidates to keep them posted of the developments on the selection process and progress on visa front
Coordinate travel plan with employees and generate LPO for joining ticket & make hotel booking in line with company policy.
Facilitate and present joining formalities as well as induction and orientation and subsequently follow-up on progress of new recruits in their jobs through the induction & probation period.
Prepare all official correspondence relating to offer letters, probation confirmations, salary certificates, disciplinary issues and the miscellaneous letters as per approved employee request in a timely manner.
Coordinate the end of service process with the employee, GR and payroll to ensure smooth exit of the employee from the company.
Record, maintain and update the data of key information relating to recruitment, post recruitment, personnel information, EOS and pa hierarchies etc in the relevant systems, applications.
