Assist in the development of yearly and quarterly marketing plans & calendar of activities for the respective portfolio of brands and facilities
Implement marketing plans to ensure proper execution. In addition to subsequent feedback on efficiency and general observations and learnings
Maintain Corporate Identity guidelines, facilities set-up and adherence to brands image
Monitor brands performance along with showrooms and after sales facilities traffic.
Generate periodic tracking reports including analysis and recommendations
Map and interpret competitors' activities and campaigns. Generate related monitoring reports in terms of communication, pricing, marketing strategies, initiatives on ATL and BTL levels
Coordinate on daily basis with sales team, brands managers and workshop managers to identify possible marketing requirements and support for the business
Handle and liaise with the central team on weekly basis re. all marketing requirements ranging from POS, posters, brochures, merchandising, websites, PR, CRM and database capturing, displays, motor shows, new vehicle launch events, new facilities opening, etc.
Ensure compliance to marketing budgets, with a view to enhance brand image leading to customer satisfaction
Take charge of storing and updating an inventory of suitable marketing collaterals that can be used in upcoming occasions
Provide reports and analysis to the Marketing Ops Manager on the marketing initiatives as and when required
