Job Brief:
  • Analyze the new approved jobs and prepare role profiles to facilitate the recruitment and performance management process. Ensure the existing role profiles are reviewed for relevance & updated on a regular basis.
  • Participate in the competency and job family modeling initiative to meet industry/ functional standards of excellence and improved understanding and implementation at line level of "competency-performance approach" to individual/ team performance and development. 
  • Conduct a periodic competency mapping exercise on all the existing roles in the organization to ensure relevance and validate consistency across job families.
  • Control and update the job evaluation data for the various divisions along with the grade and salary ranges on the HR Info Souq.
  • Facilitate in scheduling, improving, cascading and supporting the group-wide Performance Management process. Coordinate effective & timely implementation through Unit HR and Managers starting from workshops for new staff and leading up to PA report compilation, tabulation and consolidation for management digest.
  • Ensure integrity of the Performance Appraisal database and system updates  
  • Develop and maintain up to date organograms for all the companies and divisions.
  • Collate articles from Unit HR Managers to publish the HR Newsletter once a quarter
  • Support any HR initiatives that are introduced from time to time.
Person Specifications:
  • Graduate in any discipline with tertiary qualifications in HR
  • High level computer literacy including exposure to HR automation solutions
  • 3 to 4 years relevant experience
  • Good English language skills to complement HR reporting.
  • Good interpersonal skills and relations.
