Job Brief:
  • Develop an annual Training Plan for Beauty in conjunction with the Corporate Training and Development initiatives for the year
  • Establish, implement and facilitate training and development initiatives based on training needs identification and implement plans and approaches to meet these effectively through internal and external in line with business objectives
  • Maintain training documentation and administration system, to store, retrieve and utilize training needs information, program details, attendance and feedback data
  • Research, design and deliver suitable training courses for the Sales staff of Beauty outlets on an ongoing basis with a view to equip them with their subject knowledge, enabling them to render high quality customer service in the stores
  • Participate in the recruitment of new staff to ensure selection is in line with the Beauty standards
  • Develop a comprehensive induction program for new Beauty staff encompassing information on the products, job responsibilities, customer service standards and in store policies and procedures
  • Research thoroughly and compile a Training Manual for Sales staff to be made available in each Beauty outlets to act as a reference book aiding the staff to learn continuously, enhance their skills and improve their performance
Person Specification:
  • Intermediate or "A" Levels with additional qualifications/ training in Cosmetology, Beauty Therapy & Make-up
  • Computer literacy and excellent excellent communication skills
  • Spoken Arabic is essential and a Driving License advantageous
  • A genuine interest in Training & Development areas
  • 4-5 years experience in various aspects of training - planning, designing, delivery and administration in a retail industry
  • Knowledge of Arabic and a Driving License advantageous
