Mewan Wickramesinghe joined Al Tayer Motors in September 2002 as a Service Advisor. Born and brought up in Dubai, Mewan pursued his Bachelors is Automotive Systems Engineering in London. During this period he landed himself an internship with Al Tayer Motors, where he gained the much required hands-on experience. On completion of the degree course, he was absorbed by the company for a full-time role. Mewan is now the Area Services Manager for Land Rover brands at the Sheikh Zayed Road Branch.

My personal growth rate over the past three to four years has been very rapid. Looking ahead I would like to take on a larger responsibility; managing an area rather than a location is a challenge I look forward to. I want my company and my career to continue progressing at the current rate. "
