Cesar Gupo joined Al Tayer Motors in May 2004 as a technician working for the Ford brand. In his time with the company he has worked on every aspect of car maintenance from brakes, under chassis, engines to diagnosis. Earlier this year, Cesar got promoted to senior technician and is currently working on the electrical and AC works. Over the last four months, Cesar has also been receiving recognition for his outstanding performance in the monthly exam taken by the technician which he has been topping.
"I started my career with Toyota in the Philippines where I worked for three years. I then moved to Toyota in Kuwait for another three years. Having decided to come back to the Philippines I joined Ford where I worked for a year and then applied for a role with the Al Tayer Group.
