Fatma Mohmmed Obied joined Al Tayer Group in 2005 with the sales team for Areej
in Mercato mall. In 2007 she was promoted to Store Supervisor before being
transferred to the head office as an Emiratisation assistant in the
Emiratisation department. Her responsibilities include conducting interviews
for Emarati job seekers, solving problems and providing encouragement and
support to Emarati employees once they have joined the company.

lot of opportunities for us. When conducting the interviews I look for
communication skills, a minimum English speaking ability but most importantly a
genuine interest to work.
I want to set an example for other Emaratis to see, learn and grow as I
have done. I recommend all my friends and relatives to join Al Tayer Group as
my personal experience has been very good. In fact, my brother recently joined
the Al Tayer Group in sales and I am hopeful that my sister will also follow in
our footsteps. "
