Gulanara Zhakeyan joined the Al Tayer Group in May 1999 as a Beauty Consultant for Areej. In 1995, Gulanara came to Dubai from Kazakhstan to start her career and support her family back home. Over the years she has gradually learnt about the different cultures and backgrounds of people from all over the world, which has helped her perform extremely well in her job. Earlier this year, Gulanara was promoted to Assistant Concession Manager of the cosmetics section at Harvey Nichols. Her responsibilities are to look after the staff, solving customer complaints, organise the merchandise and manage the daily running of the store.
