"When I moved to the Sheikh Zayed Road branch I had a team of twelve people. Today, I head a team of 120 people, which has been a wonderful learning experience for me."

Mewan Wickramesinghe joined Al Tayer Motors in September 2002 as a Service Advisor. Born and brought up in Dubai, Mewan pursued his Bachelors is Automotive Systems Engineering in London. During this period he landed himself an internship with Al Tayer Motors, where he gained the much required hands-on experience. On completion of the degree course, he was absorbed by the company for a full-time role. Mewan is now the Area Services Manager for Land Rover brands at the Sheikh Zayed Road Branch.

In terms of business, the company has grown twelve fold in the last three years and expanded from a single location to multiple locations in multiple cities.
