Al Tayer Trends operates over 120 stores across Bahrain, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar and the UAE. The company currently employs over 1500 people.

On arriving in Dubai, Marvin Joseph thought it best to start his career with a well-established company. His enquiries led to an interview with the Al Tayer Group and he was offered a job in sales. A year and a half later, his hard work and commitment have paid off with him being promoted to Store Supervisor. His duties now include doing reports, supervising the floor and making sure that all the customers are being attended to and are happy.
